There’s currently no way to change the name of multilingual tabs as their names are generated automatically based on the language they’re displaying.

I am actually on version 2.0.5, but I set the Multilingual field in the database for EditProductDescription.ascx to false as the site is running a single language and I wanted the tab header to read 'Product Description' instead of 'English (United Kingdom)'. Setting the value back to True resolves the error.

It's a nice to have rather than a show stopper, but if there is only one language defined in the Umbraco back end, perhaps the tabs could revert to the ResouceKey (sp?) field in the db.
